Dubai’s First Truly Underground Metal Festival Headlined by MELECHESH (Netherland), and featuring BILOCATE (Jordan), supported by KAOTEON (Lebanon) - 4/25/2009Netherland’s MELECHESH to Invade Dubai on the 2nd May 2009 with the support of Jordanian Oriental Dark Metal band BILOCATE and Lebanese Extreme Metal band KAOTEON for a once in a lifetime head banging experience. The annual SandStorM Festival will feature some of the best in underground metal from all over the world.
Lineup for the 2009 SandStorM Festival is ready and features:
MELECHESH: After 14 years of making music, revolutionizing Mesopotamian Metal, and gigging all over the world, Melechesh are confirmed for this year’s SandStorm Festival, and will be playing for the very first time for their fans in the UAE-Dubai. MELECHESH promise to deliver a show that would probably below your brains out.
“... we are very pleased to play in the middle east we constantly get fan mail and hear about how strong and great the scene is over there, this will mark our first middle eastern show with the exception of the gigs we did in “Holy Land”, we feel this event has significance to us...”
SandStorM 2009 will feature also the Jordanian dark oriental band BILOCATE and supporting the festival will the extreme metal band KAOTEON from Lebanon who are known as two of the best Metal acts in the Middle East and this will be their first time to perform in Dubai.
